New Feature: J. SILVA - CALL ME BY MY NAME

ABOUT J. SILVA
J.Silva is a 21 year old singer/songwriter from Chicago, her father is from Mexico and mother is from Puerto Rico. J . Silva isn't a stranger DJ's nationally, she recorded a remix to Jamie Foxx's hit “Blame It”, titled “No Love" then followed it up with her version of Drake’s “Best I Ever Had”, it quickly was added to mix shows and mix tapes across the country! In 2009 J.Silva released her first mix tape “Canvas Music,” which gained tons of downloads in less than 24 hours with no promotion on datpiff.com, Icecreammixtapes.com and other online mixture websites.


J.Silva is currently finishing up her album called "Silva not Silver", referring to people mispronouncing her name. The album has some of Chicago's musical legends such as Violator Dj Naki The Beatman who’s produced for 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, Twista, 3LW, Ying Yang Twins and much more. Rapper AK of the group Do Or Die also Producer Christian Davis who has produced for Day 26 and New Kids On The Block. J.Silva is also featured on the tracks “Where Were U” by Atlanta rapper Jay Stones produced by Cool & Dre, "So Addicted" with Yung Berg with DNG and “Hold U Down” by Miami rapper Young Trey produced by Marvelous J.


J.Silva’s first single "Call Me By My Name" is a major hit in clubs across the country and has a strong internet buzz. Her new single "Blowing Kisses" is also a smash. Both records are available on iTunes now via Life Music Group. J.Silva is also writing songs for Kelly Clarkson, Jordan Sparks and featured on Chris Brown's "Beautiful People Remix". Her "FREE" EP titled "Costless" will be available for download next month, she's currently touring in the states.
