Im Just Sayin

I recently came into a dilemma where I needed state/city help and it was very difficult. It seems as if they sympathize more to people with children, which is ok. But we all need help especially at time in recession. I work just as hard as any working mother and I believe that assistance should be given where due. Im Just Sayin.

I also recall a time a few years ago when I left college. I planned to go to CCP then return back to the University in a year. It puzzled me that I could not receive financial aid on my own because I was under the age of 21 and did not have a child. What are they really implying??!! That totally blew me away, in my head all im thinking is that I need to have a baby so that I could apply for my own financial aid, SMDH(shaking my damn head). After this, I started to notice that a child was required for lots of things such as housing, benefits,financial assistance. Be fair!!!....I'm Just Sayin

And another thing, How is it that a runaway child can be provided with housing along with rent, food, and furniture vouchers. I lived in my house for a year and I aint got no damn furniture. Can I get a voucher? No. I was told I make too much money for food stamps yet my fridge is empty. I'm Just Sayin'
